Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time: I send everything 48h Tracked with Royal Mail. 
    Cost: Based on weight and location

  • Free Shipping:
    Available on orders over £75, applicable only to Mainland UK.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather, and other factors beyond our control.



Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.


Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, occasionally shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Please contact our customer service team if you have any concerns about the status of your order.


Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at via the chat function on the website so we can assist you in resolving the issue. We may ask for photos of damaged items to help us process the claim with the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check the shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've made an error, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.


Local Pickup

Simply select Local Pickup at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring proof/ your order confirmation when collecting your items.
